“Nachdem unser Traum vom eigenen Heim in MARCO ISLAND immer konkretere Formen angenommen hatte, durften wir uns glücklich schätzen, dieses Projekt durch Claudia Peters vom “Realty Team of Naples”, betreut  zu wissen. Abklärende Mails sind zuvor zwischen Zürich und Naples hin und her gesandt worden und Claudia erkannte sehr schnell, welche Kriterien für unser zukünftiges Haus von Wichtigkeit waren. Ein paar Tage vor Abflug war die fertige Liste erstellt und wir sahen gespannt auf die 12 Besichtigungsobjekte, die uns erwarten würden. Pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit wartete Claudia in der Hotellobby auf uns und wir fühlten uns sogleich sehr gut und professionell aufgehoben. Claudia blieb bei allen Objekten diskret im Hintergrund, damit wir diese auf uns wirken lassen konnten, war aber sogleich mit Rat und Tat und grosser Kompetenz  zur Stelle, wenn etwas abgeklärt werden musste. Dies bewahrte uns schlussendlich dank der prompten Abklärung durch Claudia vor einem Hauskauf, bei dem der von uns gewünschte Umbau nicht realisierbar gewesen ware. Nachdem wir uns für ein anderes Haus entschieden hatten, wurde uns dieses Objekt vor der Nase weggeschnappt und unsere Aufregung war perfekt, da der Tag der Rückkehr in die Schweiz kurz bevor stand. Am Samstag, einen Tag vor Abreise, baten wir nochmals ein Objekt der ersten Stunde ansehen zu dürfen und sofort war Claudia zur Stelle. Es war Liebe auf den zweiten Blick und Claudia gestand uns danach, dass sie dieses Haus mit der besten Note für unsere Bedürfnisse bedacht hatte. Danach lagen wir  aufgeregt und erwartungsvoll am Strand, als uns Claudia nur vier Stunden später benachrichtige, dass der Hausverkäufer unsere Offerte akzeptiert hatte. Anschliessend gab es sehr viele Dinge zu erledigen, sei es Besichtigungen durch diverse Inspektoren, Handwerker etc. und all dies lag in Claudia’s Hand und wurde mit hoher Professionalität erledigt, organisiert und überwacht. Die Umbauten/Reparaturen wurden vor Ort überprüft und laufend an uns dokumentiert. Wir haben das “Realty Team of Naples” ebenfalls mit der Hausverwaltung beauftragt und dies gibt uns während unserer Abwesenheit ein sehr gutes und sicheres Gefühl.
